What services do you offer?
FileSend is a free file delivery service that allows you to send files quickly and securely. We currently offer a generous 500 MB for non-registered users, and 1 GB for basic users (register here for free) for each file, and there is no limit on how many downloads files can have. Also, we offer a paid premium service which allows 2 GB for each file, unlimited parallel downloads, download accelerator support, and more. You can learn more about it here.

Which files can be uploaded?
We allow files of all formats with the exception of any material that is deemed obscene, pornographic, or offensive. Please refer to our Terms of Service.

Are your services free?
Yes - our free service is 100% ad-financed. However, we offer a paid service which provides many more features. You can learn more about it here.

How long will my files be hosted on FileSend?
There is no limit on how long files are hosted for, but in order to keep our servers clean, files not downloaded for more than 90 days are automatically deleted. However, for premium accounts, files are never deleted, unless the account is deleted (then the files will be deleted if they are not downloaded for more than 90 days).

Why is my upload speed so slow?
We do not restrict upload speeds in any way; in fact, some of our users upload at over 400 kB/sec! Your upload speed depends on your internet connection, and users with a typical broadband connection can expect a 20+ kB/sec upload speed.
